ROAD WARRIORS 101 Seminar       WHAT:       Road Warriors 101 is a straight-from-the-horses mouth informative look into making money on the road, hints on booking shows, and life on the road. Featuring guest speakers Texas legend Dale Watson, hard rock-gold recording artist Jason McMaster, and touring veterans, the Vallejo brothers. Girls Get Gigs! is a 6-week music business workshop for women who want to take their music to the next level. Covering everything from marketing and publicity to social networking and dealing with band drama, Girls Get Gigs! will prepare you with the tools you need to navigate the maze of the music business. The class meets consecutive Wednesday evenings, 7-8PM from September 21st to October 26th at Soma Vida, 1210 Rosewood Ave., Austin. Cost to attend is $150 and space is limited.
